Valley Yarns Designer Series presents Driftless, a gorgeous women’s pullover that combines
minimal seaming and a fabulous cable and lace panel knit in Peru. The sweater
is knit in the round from the bottom up to the armholes, and then the back and
front are worked separately. The sleeves are also worked in the round from the
cuff up. The neckband stitches are picked up along the neck edging and worked
in the round. Valley Yarns Peru is a
spectacular blend of baby alpaca, Merino wool, with a hint of nylon that works
up beautifully. Peru has a chainette construction that creates a warm,
lightweight fabric with a gorgeous drape. The cable and lace panel is charted
and written out.
