Eyelets and mitered square shaping make the lacy Ajuga Shawl from Valley Yarns fun to knit and to wear. The optional knit-on lace edging adds a bit of flair to the shawl.

Yarn Requirements: 2 skeins Valley Yarns Franklin Hand-Dyed by the Kangaroo Dyer (75% Wool/ 25% Nylon; 100g/450yds) shown in Mountain Spring
Needles: US 6 (4.0mm) 40” circular
Gauge: 22 sts and 30 rows = 4″ in stockinette stitch before blocking
Note: The original yarn called for in this pattern is not currently available in hand-dyed skeins. Undyed Valley Yarns Franklin is available on cones and Valley Yarns Charlemont Hand Dyed by the Kangaroo Dyer is also a great substitute for this project.
